We actively pursue efforts to measure and manage information that assists and guides our actions. We desire to treat each employee as a customer. Aspen believes we accomplish more by working together. Aspen is committed to solving problems, creating new services and common direction through collaboration and teamwork.

Growth

At Aspen, growth is derived from quality, and it is an external measure of how well we are doing. Growth is bi-directional. It means that we as individuals and programs are continually seeking to improve who we are, what we do, and how we do it. Aspen believes that growth allows and creates innovation, career advancement, and profitability while fostering a learning environment.
