ASPEN EDUCATION GROUP SECURES $15 MILLION FUNDING ROUND LED BY WARBURG PINCUS AS NEW EQUITY PARTNER

Aspen Education Group , a national leader in the provision of educational services and programs to underachieving youth, announced today that it has obtained $15 million in additional funding from Warburg Pincus, the global private equity firm. The additional funds will be used to promote company growth, while permitting Aspen to expand both its geographic reach and programs for its clients.
